• Call records: calls to (215) 555-0100 may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and referral confirmation, where permitted by law.

• To contact you by phone, SMS/text, or email about your case inquiry.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and our services.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. TCPA & Communications Consent

By submitting our quiz, chat, or contact form and checking the consent box, you expressly authorize Philly Legal Hotline and one or more participating attorneys or law firms to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provide, including through:

• Live-agent telephone calls;
• Automatic telephone dialing systems (ATDS/autodialer);
• Prerecorded or artificial voice messages;
• SMS/MMS text messages.

You understand and agree that:

• Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or receiving legal services;
• Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies;
• You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP;
• You can opt out of calls by telling the agent to place you on our internal do-not-call list, or by emailing dnc@phillylegalhotline.com.

This consent applies to the specific phone number(s) you provide and remains in effect until you revoke it. Revoking consent does not affect prior lawful contacts.

5. How We Share Information

We share the information you submit with one or more independent attorneys or law firms in our network for the purpose of evaluating your case. We may also share information with service providers who help operate the site (hosting, analytics, communications, and AI-powered chat), each of whom is contractually required to protect your data and use it only for our purposes. We do not sell your personal information for money.
